We invite you to a sacred circle day for pregnant women in Avalon, Glastonbury. In this workshop we will weave embodied birth practices with ancient wisdom, tools and techniques for a natural, ecstatic birth.
Come along and spend time deeply connecting with your baby and a community of sisters.
We will support you to tune in to your inner power and your primal birthing wisdom.
We will provide tools to enable you to make empowered choices and support you to release any fears or emotions. Come into your full sovereignty and learn to trust your body and hear your intuition.

The Embodied Birth Experience is an 11-week visionary journey for soulful women who know that their pregnancy is more than physical preparation. It is a sacred apprenticeship to your own power. Here, you will learn to release fear, awaken courage, embody pleasure, and experience birth as the ecstatic, spiritual ceremony it was always meant to be.

Come and experience a deep Reiki healing with Kate Woods, our founder, here in the Avalon Birth House, Glastonbury. You can choose a simple healing which helps clear previous energies in your womb space in preparation for pregnancy, treat yourself to some calming Reiki during pregnancy as a nourishing and bonding experience with baby, or after pregnancy as a postpartum healing. Cacao and Story Sharing can be added on to your tailor-made session.
