Becoming a parent is a huge and life-changing journey, filled with excitement, questions, and sometimes uncertainty. I believe every woman deserves to feel supported, listened to, and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and those precious early days of parenthood.
As a mum of four, I understand that every pregnancy, birth, and transition into parenthood is unique. Alongside my own experience of motherhood, I bring over 10 years of experience working within NHS maternity services. This has strengthened my passion for supporting women and families through such an important and transformative time in their lives.
As a birth and postnatal doula, my approach is warm, nurturing, and down-to-earth. I aim to offer a calm, reassuring presence, providing consistent and reliable support so that you feel heard, valued, and never alone on your journey. I believe that you deserve to feel confident in your choices, empowered to make informed decisions, and supported in a way that feels right for you and your family.
Whether you're preparing for birth or finding your feet in the early days with your new baby, I want to help create a space where you feel safe, respected, and cared for, without judgement or expectation.
For me, being a doula is about building a trusting relationship, offering a listening ear, a steady presence, and practical and emotional support when you need it most.
