I am a doula who offers compassionate, non-judgmental support to people through pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal period. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in their choices, whatever their journey into parenthood looks like.
My approach is person-centred. I support all kinds of births — home, hospital, birth centre; physiological births, belly-births, and everything in between. I work alongside you to support you to explore your options, trust your instincts, and make informed decisions that feel right for you.
I also support people through pregnancy loss, and pregnancy following loss, offering gentle, respectful care and space for grief in whatever form it takes.
I am committed to providing inclusive care for people of all genders, sexual orientations, family structures, cultures, and abilities. I welcome and affirm LGBTQIA+ families, solo parents, neurodivergent parents, disabled parents, and those with previous birth trauma or complex feelings around pregnancy and birth.
As your doula, I offer emotional support, practical information, advocacy, and a calm, grounding presence. My role is not to direct or decide, but to walk beside you — listening deeply, holding space, and reminding you of your strength.
Outside of doula work, I am a parent, an ASN teacher, a yoga teacher (including pregnancy and post-natal) a massage therapist and a Reiki practitioner. These roles help to shape the care I offer and keep me rooted in empathy and curiosity.
It would be an honour to support you on your journey.
