Hello , nice to meet you. I’m Marta and am a bilingual ( Polish / English) birth and postnatal doula. I live in Rochester, Kent. I’m married and a mum of two girls. After having my second child, it sparked my passion to become a doula and help women like YOU to make sure your voice is heard and respected. I know how it can be after having a baby, it might feel like you have everything on your shoulders, for example: a house to clean, shopping and a newborn baby to take care of and its not always likely that you will get some help from other family members. I know how crucial it is to have an extra pair of hands to give YOU some support for every stage of pregnancy and after the baby has been born. As a doula, I will listen to what is needed at the specific moment, I’ll help with house chores and preparing meals because I know how it is being a new mum. Often, vulnerable new mothers are left to fend for themselves. Is it any wonder that so many struggle? It doesn’t have to be this way. I’m here to empower YOU, I’m holding a safe space for you to express yourself in without being judged. I’ll be there to help you navigate and offer information and emotional support. As your postnatal doula I’ll help to guide newborn parents through the early days by offering help and support in your home. Coral Birth package:
•1 free chat to decide if we are suited - virtual or in person.
• 2-3 bespoke antenatal sessions (up to 1.5-2 hours each).
•24/7 on call period from 38 weeks, until the birth of your baby.
• Birth support, including photography of special moments (if wanted).
• WhatsApp/Calls from the moment you book with me until 8 weeks postpartum.
Basic Birth Package:
•2 Prenatal birth preparation and postnatal planning sessions.
• 2 Postpartum visits (2 hours each).
• Herbal support .
• Free WhatsApp communication up until your first 4 weeks postpartum.
• Being on call to attend your birth.
