I am Beth, a mother, home-educator and Christian doula, passionate about protecting the sacred post-partum space for mother and babe. Drawn to birthkeeping after the birth of my first child, I have since freebirthed two and am expecting to freebirth my 4th baby, in the comfort of my own home, held by the support of my family and friends.
I have been supporting women virtually since 2020 with birth education and self-guidance within the maternity system and am so grateful to bring this to the professional role of doula now! Supporting and nourishing you during pregnancy, labour and post-partum is my biggest passion, personalising the care given to each of the women who choose to walk this life-changing journey with me.
I hold space for all women no matter the type of birth that they decide upon whether that be an elective cesarean section or an unassisted freebirth; my support is steadfast and unwavering. Throughout our sessions we will work together unravelling the intricacies of all things birth as well as preparing for your nourished post-partum time.

Based in Northamptonshire, I cover surrounding counties within an hour radius but am happy to consider potential clients from further afield if you choose you would like to work with me.
