This workshop is designed to bring you the wisdom and embodiment you need to have a meaningful, empowered and embodied birth.
We will provide tools to enable you to make empowered choices and support you to release any fears or emotions during pregnancy and labour. We invite you to move into your full sovereignty in the body, to deepen your trust within and to hear your intuition.
Through a unique blend of somatic movement and birthing wisdom, we will guide you towards connecting into your inner power and accessing your primal birthing wisdom.
We will spend time moving through any fears or emotions which may need releasing, clearing the internal channels, ready for a sovereign, intuitive experience of birth.
This is a deep opportunity to connect and create a community of divine mothering sisters, which can last much beyond the day and into new motherhood.

The Avalon Birth House is a beautiful venue, with an open fire, birth balls and beanbags, comfy sofas and a downstairs bathroom. Tea and snacks are provided.
